Guided Tours

In order to get all the benefits and advantages of your visit, we advise you to call upon the assistance of a qualified guide who’ll be able to answer all your questions.

Reminder : Access fees for groups.

Adults : € 4,70 each (minimum 8 people)
Retired, disabled and students : € 3,50 each (minimum 8 people)
Children (age: 6 to 13) : € 2,25 each (minimum 15 people)

Procedure :

a) The visit will be arranged by our services upon receipt of the annexed form.
(Fax 02/736.51.36 or online order form). This form must be returned to us at the latest 15 days before the day scheduled for the visit. This will be considered a final confirmation.

b) Should you need additional information or desire to change plans, please contact the secretariat at n° 02/736.41.65

c) Should the group be delayed for more than half an hour, the guide is entitled to leave. Should he decide not to wait, he remains entitled to his “Tour fee”.

d) Cancellation of the guide’s services must be done 5 days before the day scheduled for the visit. Should you fail to meet this obligation, an invoice will be made out.

Cancellation / Changes decided by the Museum :

As the Museum depends on the guides program, a change or a cancellation may occur, in extreme situation, with a notice of 15 days.
