This exhibition has been made possible thanks to the support of Mazda Motor Belux and several collectors who were delighted to lend the museum their pride and joy.

Ranging from the Luce Coupé 130 Rotary dating from 1969 through to present day cars such as the Mazda MX-5 ND, the Mazda3 Hatchback and the MX-30 (special 100th Anniversary), Autoworld will be highlighting, among others, models such as the MX-5, RX-7, the 121 DB “Bolleke” as also the Mazda MX-5 Cup Car (MMB).

HAVE YOU SEEN OUR” BEETLE IN THE BOX”?

Since mid-July this car proudly takes centre stage in the heart of the museum: a real VW Beetle 1300cc dating from 1969 in a specially built Bburago box to welcome her.  Anyone can win it by purchasing, in our shop, its 1/24th Bburago scale model. Limited to a mere 4,000 units, the scale model is sold together with a small card to be completed with the coordinates of the purchaser and which will act as the ticket for the draw to be held on Sunday 14th February at midday, during the 13th Love Bugs Parade. Price of the scale model: 30 €uros (or 40 €uros with an admission ticket to Autoworld). The possibility exists to purchase it by correspondence by sending an email to shop@autoworld.be (postage cost 10 €).

We 'll take care of you!

For this very gentle reopening, Autoworld is taking all the necessary steps to ensure that your visit takes place in full safety.
It is preferable to buy your tickets in advance online or at the terminal located at the entrance to the museum.
It is strongly recommended to wear a mask. Kindly ensure that you have one to hand. Those who might not possess a mask can purchase one in our shop or at the shop.
Disinfectant gel will be provided at the entrance and in throughout various areas of the museum.
The 1m50 social distancing must be respected at all times.
We have marked out a route on the ground with arrows so as to prevent you from crossing other visitors. In different areas of the museum panels will remind visitors of the useful gestures to avoid contamination.
Our audio-guides remain at your disposal and will be disinfected after each use. Should you so wish you can also use your own headphones.
We are convinced that you will not find these measures to be too restrictive in view of the pleasure of (re)visiting Autoworld.

A car-free Esplanade!

Henceforth, when you visit the Museum, you will enjoy a splendid clear view of the Arche du Cinquantenaire and its park. This is due to the fact that parking is no longer authorised on the Esplanade (*) in order to preserve the historic and patrimonial aspects of the site.
Perhaps some may recall … it was the case back in 1972 for the Brussels Grand-Place and we appreciate how enjoyable it is to stroll around there now.
Let us venture that it will restore all the Cinquantenaire’s lustre and fully benefit the surrounding museums and the visitors.

'Exhibitions' or 'Cars in the spotlight: what's the difference?

The exhibitions held by Autoworld in the course of the year are not all of the same order of magnitude. This is why we have decided to use two different names from now on for large and small exhibitions, so that visitors know exactly what to expect when they plan a visit to Autoworld.
