Thomas More donates dummy engines

Mobility, cars and engines are very common these days for everyone. Even so a minority of people knows how all of this actually works. That is the reason why Autoworld has added working dummies of car engines and gearboxes to its collection, to show the visitors the inside of an engine while working.

These dummies were developped for students studying automotive technology at the Thomas More college in Sint Katelijne Waver, near Antwerp. Since these future top engineers have to be tutored with material of the latest generation, the old dummies were dismissed and send to Autoworld for a second life.

From now on, visitor can experience the working engine and gearbox at the museum.

Autoworld would like to express its gratitude to Thomas More college for this donation.
