75 YEARS OF FERRARI IN BELGIUM - A LOVE STORY

For 75 years, Ferrari and Belgium have shared a unique bond. A story that began to take shape in the early 1950s thanks to Jacques Swaters, racing driver, entrepreneur and founder of Écurie Francorchamps and Garage Francorchamps. As one of the very first official Ferrari importers outside Italy, he forged an exceptional relationship with Enzo Ferrari and helped lay the foundations for the brand’s presence in Europe.

But Ferrari’s history in Belgium goes far beyond this. It was written on the racetracks, with the famous yellow Ferraris of Écurie Francorchamps, by great Belgian drivers and through generations of owners, collectors and enthusiasts. Belgium and Ferrari therefore share a rich history built on motor racing, passion and exceptional automobiles.

More than 45 exceptional Ferraris take visitors on a journey through nearly eight decades of design, innovation, competition and performance: from the very first Ferraris and legendary GTs and racing cars to icons such as the 250 series, Testarossa, F40, Enzo and LaFerrari.

The journey concludes with Ferrari’s cars of today and tomorrow, culminating in the spectacular F80, Maranello’s latest supercar, featuring a hybrid powertrain delivering an impressive 1,200 hp.
