I have a special discount card. How can I make a reservation?

If you have a discount card or a subscription, you can register immediately at the reception desk without prior reservation. 

Is Autoworld open today?

Autoworld is open 7/7 from 10h00 to 17h00 and 18h00 in the weekend. It is possible that the museum is exceptionally closed. Therefore, before visiting please always check our homepage, where a closing day is clearly mentioned. 

Can I take pictures in the museum?

Of course, you can take as many photographs as you like. Don't hesitate to tag Autoworld in your social media posts.

How long does a visit take?

The length of your visit is very personal, but we recommend to foresee at least 1h30min.

Covid-19

Do I have to buy my ticket online?

We prefer our visitors to buy their tickets in advance online. This allows us to monitor the number of people per time slot and avoids long waiting queues at the cash register. If you have a discount card, you can immediately register at the reception.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, you can still pay in cash. However, we do prefer electronic and contactless payments: our terminals are disinfected several times per day. 

Do I have to wear a face mask during my visit? 

Since 07 March 2022 the Covid Safe Pass and the face mask are no longer required for a visit to the museum.

Practical info

Can I go to the Autoworld restaurant and shop without visiting the museum? 

Of course, there is a seperate entrance for the restaurant and shop. 

I will arrive by car, where can I find parking?

The "Esplanade" has become a car-free zone. You can park your vehicle around the Parc du Cinquantenaire or in a public parking nearby. Autoworld makes an exception for disabled visitors: they can announce their arrival at the gate and park at the museum entrance.

Do you have combi-tickets?

There are several ways to visit the museum. Besides the museumpass (valid 1 year for 1 person) and Brussels Card (1 person x hours), there is also a combi-ticket available for all 3 museums located int the Parc du Cinquantenaire.

Can I store my things anywhere? 

The museum has lockers where you can leave your personal belongings while visiting the museum.

Guided visits

How long does a visit with a guide take?

A tour with one of our enthousiastic guides takes on average 1h30, this can be made longer or shorter upon request. You can also communicate the themes you are particularly interested in in advance. 

When do we have a right to a group discount? 

The group discount applies to groups of minimum 15 persons. 

How much does a guide cost?

The additional cost of a guide is 85 € per guide. A guided visit always needs to be requested in written and in advance. Our guides accompany groups up to maximum 30 people, there is no minimum.
